The food was impeccable and the service was delightful... This is our first time dining here and our server. It was his first night and he did exceptionally well. We're very pleased with everything.

I have eaten at this location a few times. Service is always good. It does typically get busy so be prepared to wait if coming during a weekend. The space does get loud during busy times like lunch and dinner. The Gringo dip is always good and I would recommend it. I have gotten a few of their salads and enjoyed those as well. The salmon was also good. We will continue to stop in.
We've ordered to-go plenty of times. They have that down to a science. This time we decided to sit down. We chose the outdoor patio seating. A server greeted us right away, but it was some 5 or 7 minutes later before someone else came to take drink orders. Our kids were taken care of with crayons and fun menus. I had the Prime Rib Sandwich. It was incredible! I was very thirsty, and keeping my water glass filled was a challenge the server was not up to. Overall, this is the best restaurant in the Zona Rosa area. Quality dishes, fun ambiance, reasonably priced. And they have outdoor games.
Went for a late dinner for three. We ordered the meal for two for $40. We got the chips and gringo dip, southwest wrap, chicken fried chicken, and the salted brownie sundae. So much food for two people that splitting it between three was perfect. Food came out quickly and service was great.
No complaints about this restaurant service and food were both great. I knew the rattlesnake pasta was going to be spicy when I ordered it but man I was not ready for it. we also ordered the queso for the table which was great and they brought more fresh chips when we ran out.
It has been awhile since I had been to 54th street and everything was SOOOO GOOD. They have a really good and cheap happy hour a lot of menu items under $10 food and drinks. We got way too much food and I will def go back
